Pam Doré (born December 8, 1972), better known professionally as Mr. Pam, is an American pornographic film director, producer, cinematographer, editor and photographer. Born in San Francisco, California, Doré entered the gay adult film industry in 1996 as a video editor at Falcon Studios and later worked for companies including COLT Studio Group, Hot House Entertainment and NakedSword. In 2008, she joined Lucas Entertainment as creative director of film and production and made her feature-directing debut for the company with Cock Stalker. She later spent eight years as lead director of NakedSword Originals and directed or photographed numerous award-winning productions. Doré won XBIZ Gay Director of the Year in 2017 and 2018, was inducted into the Grabby Awards Wall of Fame in 2019 and received the Grabby Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. In 2020, she founded her own production company, Wham Bam Pictures.
