João Paiva
João Paiva (born February 14, 2008) studied film at EAAA (Escola Artística António Arroio). During his course in António Arroio, he met his best friends Lourenço and Miguel, with whom he developed five short films, each eclectic in their nature. The trio is known for:
Scallops (2025): a videoclip for the band Snow Bungalow.
MagNata (2025): a noir-crime comedy. APARIÇÃO (2026): an oniric adaptation of a painting with the same name.
The Last Supper (2026): A human drama about the fragility of family ties.
LOVERITUAL (2026): An experimental dance film with test footage from The Last Supper.
João is currently pursuing his studies at FLUL (Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa).
