威廉·西沃德·巴勒斯二世（1914年2月5日—1997年8月2日）是美国作家与视觉艺术家，被广泛视为"垮掉的一代"的核心人物及重要的后现代主义作家，其作品深刻影响了流行文化与文学领域。巴勒斯共创作了十八部长篇及中篇小说、六部短篇小说集和四部散文集，另有五部访谈与书信集出版；早期曾短暂使用笔名威廉·李。他曾与众多表演艺术家及音乐家合作完成艺术项目与录音作品，多次参与电影演出，并创作展出了数千件视觉艺术作品，其中以其标志性的"霰弹枪绘画"最为著名。
